About 3 hours of work on this wallpaper. After abusing WhiteBlaze into finding me scans, he found me this one... which at first, I didn't want to wall but over time started wanting to. I liked the way the shadows were in the original scan, and I wanted to have them the same way if I made a wallpaper.
Not too much work, but I think it came out nice. More resolutions soon at Antique Faery Tales.

Like I said, I love the lighting. I'm a sucker for good shadowing and simplicity sooo... this is downright awesome. However, the shadowing near the bottom, above the light source, should be closer to the girls than the shadow near the top --- which you did perfectly. But it should also be clearer and more defined. As the shadow splays out wider across the top of the wall it will be blurrier and have less of a shape than the bottom. Right now, they're about the same amount of blur.Other than that, cool stuff. ^^
By the way, what's with you and ecchi anymore, Brom Brom? =_=;; Seriously... too much for your eyes, youngin'. *hands a cookie* Go watch some Sesame Street. >:3

yup ~ the scan n lighting is nice.. but the black empty space seems to distracting the view .. yeah, its is icon space but ...o.o lol maybe add sumthing else to make it look more interesting.. it seems ... :/ empty .. ;_;

As mentioned by others above, the lighting is nicely done, all the more since it threw the shadows of the characters behind them & made it look they are actually standing before a wall. as for the black space, perhaps you could just put the same wall bg. It should be fine for icons.
What is not mentioned by other above is that the extraction is excellent. The characters are clean & clear. All in all, great job.

ah, not much Gun X Sword wall out there... this one has the *cough* icon space *cough* enough for three rows or such. Nice, simple, yet somehow I think a better typo would be nicer on this one. The text is kinda plain ^_^' if you know what I mean.

The wall overall is simple, but the work in the scan makes up for it, the scan itself is very attractive, and I like it. The lighting and the shadows look great. Not bad but still good Brom. Good work XD

Simple lil wallie, but I the lighting/shadow effect on the bg is wicked XD . Plus, the girls you used are waaay hot XP. I think you should add some things, like mock posters of scans of some of your other work to the bg to flesh it out some more. Never heard of Gun x Sword, might be worth checking out. Anyway, good work Brom ^uu^.
