Hmm how do I start.
For those who dun know who she is her name is Tsukasa Nishino, the second most
beautfiul girl in the anime world after my Haruka 
I really just wanted to do a wallie on her becuase of that...
Well I couldn't find a very good scan of her so I used one of the manga cover ^_^ I have to say the quality was not very good LoL
The techniques I used on this one have to be mostly attributed to Shinta's Tutorials

Because I never made such background like this before I used his tutorial on how
to make the sea by using filters ^_^ and I combined his cleanning technique with
some of my own to make Nishino look beautiful 
For the sand I simply experimented with some Gradient same with the disappearing horizon line they seemed to turn out well *phew*. I tried my best to make some sun rays coming out from the upper left corner hopefully some of them you can see??
Lastly Nishino is really shinny because it's a SUNNY DAY!!! with all that sun ray she's getting a tan lol I also like this render/pose very much because it seems like she's posing for Manaka and demanding his attention lol.

I added a shadow to her I guess more realistic ?? lol I kno the perspective is
probably wrong still in experimental stage.
I changed the perspective of the ocean a lot I dont know if it works.
failed numerous times making sand using texutre or noise
render maybe I'll clean up further when I get time

sorry chang, but i have to do this to make you better.
the charachter has too much black around her, so when you cut the charachter out try using poly lasso and feathering it each time with 1 as the radius. and her colour is still too intense for the background, maybe if you lower the contast maybe it would look better.
the ocean is a problem. you need to perspective transform alot more than that. i would recommend that you make a new image like 1600x1600 so you can make the ocean look like it's fading out to the sea. the boat was a nice touch, and it needs some sparkle, i have the brush so if you want i would send it to you
the sand needs some noise so it would accually looks sandy.
lastly, needs some text. or that fancy look.

Thanks for the honesty and comments yeah I'll try to fix some of this stuff sometimes in the future so dont be so harsh now lol.
Let me enjoy it at least for a couple days before I make changes
