i think this is an improvment but some lines are still jaggy ^__^' esp where the buttons and shirt connect. also the outlines in some spots are inconsistent and are not continuous.
the coloring is pretty good but im seeing some overfills and some white patches.
overall still a nice work -

it doesnt bother me that the outlines arent the same everyone in fact I like it, makes it more interesting and gives it a more natural "drawn" look.

my apologises.. but i think i prefer tha other vector more.. the colors are a lil dull in this one.. and she looks afraid in this one.. but i liek tha person ive created.. she looks really funky.. just that.. she looks better in tha other vector.. cant wait foh tha wallpaper you're making with tha scan.. ^^ do your best.. :D

You're getting better at vectors, toxictea. A few jagged lines, but it's pretty clean. Some parts of her hair look a little weird though.
