Nice work Sakura! the idea is good but I think you should work more on your background especially on the trees the one you used on the right of the BG they look so plain! but the one on the left is good! and about the lightning I think you should have used some clouds because the lightnings look out of order without any clouds around!
but I really like the effects you've displayed around the witch and the moon look nice too!
overall it is a good wallpaper but I hope you will take my advices :) because people always need some advices from someone outside the project XP because they can notice some missings and mistakes!!! -
