Ok, this one is for:
Frosty
A while ago, he drew many of his MT friends as chibi's. ^^; Evan was one of them. I fell head over heals for my chibi, and HAD to draw her, only full size with detail lol. I kept the basic design for hair, wings and clothing, but also added a bit of my own splash. Hope you all enjoy and the clip from Frosty's drawing is below:

A couple more notes:
-Her head/face in not too small, Its just that her hair covers most of her face. Try to imagine the full size of her
head and it will all even out. Works for me.
-Legs werent working on this one. No matter what I tried, they would not become one with the drawing. So, this is where I added my own "splash" and gave me really long hair to cover them up. I think it tuned out well. I wish I had hair like this though. >_> then Evan would be a goddess.XD <--prelude to an up coming submission, shuuu.

OH! I love this drawing and I absolutely love your idea! Your chibi in Frosty's drawing was great and I think you did an awesome work making the adult version ^^ I love her hair and how it flows around her like a waterfall, so pretty, and her hands are really well drawn! Shading is really good too, and her wings are simple but fit perfectly ^_~
Overall is great!! Keep up the amazing work Evan-chan! Looking forward to the upcoming submissions ;) -
Pretty and so much hair. XD Heheh~ I really like her pose which gives her an allure. I like how she holds her hair and I totally understand the part where her hair covers her face. Also, you did a good job covering up her legs. It makes it look more pretty. Really beautifully drawn~

As always, you do a really nice job with your drawings. Nice flowing hair, nice dress, nice details with the fingers, and the wings were a nice addition. All in all, a wonderful drawing. People really need to look at drawings more rather than some of the wallpapers that get submitted here...

It looks pretty good, the detailing in the hair is amazing, ver ylong and very gorgeous ^uu^. The pose and expression on your face looks pretty, errr, seductive and alluring, not to mention that outfit, hehe ^_^'. The legs don't look so bad, and you can tell that you r face isn't that small, just the hair. I think you make a cute anime character, hehe :D. Wonderful work, Lady Evanrued ^uu^
