I decided not to make a wall till W.A.R but it seems i just can't back off walling even I am busy. First I was going to make a Naruto wall yesterday but couldn't find any interesting images for my taste.
then I realized sharinganknight made one awesome itachi wall and that one feed my hunger for a naruto stuff I guess XD
anyways...I found this cowboy scan a few days ago.
another re-cging wall...nothing much to say. Just found the scan and the mood seemed familiar somehow.
So I decided to make something out of this. Nothing too fancy I suppose. just a few effects and coloring. cleaned the jaggy edges as much as I can.
something feels weird about that text but whatever... and FULLVIEW if u want to see the details

    And yes, people just don't appreciate a good work when they see one. :D

    Neways, you did a great job in fixing up the scan but it does look a little grainy on the top part of the scan.

    The night BG is well done though the aurora/shooting star effect could be brighter. The moon reflection looks a little too sharp. Try blurring it out a little.

    I'm sure people will overlook those stuff I mentioned because it's the impression of the wall that counts. Details comes later. A fav.

    Wow! Very nice! I love the colors and the effects you use. It does seem a little too grainy on top, but maybe that's the effect you wanted? Anyways, an excellent job as always!

    a midnight one-man parade? lo jk jk>.< XD wahh just a wonderful walli! really love the blury effect on the whole walli! I didn;'t even notice the guy in the bg until I viewed fully>.< the moon refletion is really pretty^^ and the road and the lights are really cool also! amazing job!

    very nice wallie, but I don't like the noisy effect...especially with the character in the back..you can't see him, also the background is a little jaggy. I usually like the noisy/grungy effect, but not in this one..at least not with the male character. Its still a great wall though.

    the reflection of the moon looks a bit odd.. but apart from that the wallie is great.. XD nice job on chosing the stock image.. cuz it fits perfectly to the scan ^^ +fav XD

    hehe yeah you certainly are improving quickly, looks like things have finally clicked for you :)
    Liking the whole atmosphere to this, it's really laid back with that whole nighttime "time to party" feel to it. Only things that I can see that could use a little more work are the reflection of the moon, which should be wider and blurrier, and the text, which should be higher or else ppl's windows toolbars are going to cut off some of it. Besides that great stuff!

    another wonderful concept with an awesome background scenery. but i agree with sharinganknight that the noise on the guy in the back seems to be a bit too much, and the reflection of the moon doesn't seem to be quite right. another awesome work from you... :D

    Hey been back after 3 days and you still make good walls, though the only problem i find which is weird is the mooon and the moons reflection on the water...Could have had more ripples wo make it seem like its on water and the moon could be a bit faded in thebg i think but all in all Faye is the favorite in the CB series so great work as usual on the wall, especially the night scene! :P
