i like hitsugaya-san too... granted he's not my favorite shinigami, but he's still pretty cool. your wallpaper seems kind of plain imho. the sharpness of the text makes the background seem more blurry than it really is... but good effort!

Nice lighting effects with the blue floating particals. A bit plain though. Try to add some text effects to the text so it looks more like it';s a part of the wall. If you don't know what I'm talking about, go to good-tutorials.com and go to the 'text effects' section on the elft and you should be able to fdind at elast one tthat would help improve your wall ^^
