This an interesting take on a rainy day. It has the darkness you expect, but the colors are actually bright. I'm particularly taken with the birds for some reason. They are just rather nifty. Was it your intention to juxtapose the bright character with a background which could only come from a graveyard? You've done such a good job using the effects to situate her into the scene that I wondered if you were trying deliberately imply something about the character. I'm not familiar with her; so, I wasn't sure.

Agreed. The colour is jsut astounding. Those grungish clouds are a really great effect! You mangaed to put in realistic rain in there too!(hence the title). Are those powerlines on the top left?
