I just love the flowers and he entire design of the wallpaper. The only thing that bothers me is the contrast of the pink clouds and blue sky. Overall, great job :D!

Great use of colors. The character looks good and the foreground is unique. The sky looks good, but some parts of the clouds have abrupt cut-offs. Good stuff overall though.
