Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop. I tried to make it look like theres a wave going over her, and that wave is supposed to be blended in with the background beach. I think that it worked out pretty well, it was hard to extract Faye from the scan tho just because of the lighting of the original picture, but in the end everything came together!
