Looks a bit better. Although i see more flaws in this one then your other version ^_^'
-The sun, doesnt look like a sun at all and shouldnt be that color either>.< I recommend not using the lens flare.
-This time the scenery looks mucho grainy dont you think?
-The bright parts and shadows on the scenery dont match the direction of the sun.But the scan does, seems pretty weird right? lol
-The perspective looks a bit better.
-The sky looks awesome^.^ -

Everything looks so well done, from the cityscape, to the road, to the sunlit sky. Imo the text would've been better suited on the lower right area of the wall but that's no biggie. Great job niwa-kun! -

Good wallpaper! Love the background scene.
But I see another flaw in your wallpaper though. On the road where the characters in the scan is riding the bicycle on, the vertical rail to the right of the scan doesn't cast a shadow. I hope you can understand my explanation.
