First of all, this wallpaper took about 2 hours * i think it is my average time to finish one wallie*. Okay, I dun know why it took me so long since it is a REALLY simple wallie. I like the bg the best. AND I dedicate this to Chibi Fest.

Without the stars, it is very boring. Not much stress on his one but I just feel like making a loading page.

Oh, one more thing, if u guys can help. Should I put the 88% inside the wallpaper but WHERE ? ~.~

now, for the 88. well, the number 8 is a lucky number for me. The word chibi fest just came to my mind that time so Kara if u dun mind lending me the group name :D

I think some of the lines are jagged so I will fix it soon.

Thats all. Comments, suggestions and critiques are welcome.

[edits] Credits to koujisama for the scan and moonwave *pls tell me if i am wrong* for the brushes.
[edit2]moved the 88%

I would put the 88% right after the loading part up top, they are really kawaii!!!!

Lol that last one cracks me up for some reason. I like it looks like data being transferred above and below the scan.

Hahahahw! Kawaiii no wallie da! Hm, let me see... I really recommend you to put 88% at the far side of the loading... I mean uh... at the far right side of the loading bar. It makes the wallie looks digitalic. But putting 88% just below the 'loading' word works fine too. Anyhow, you can try both of them and see which looks the best! Happy trying and wesome concept you have there, Leena!

I've seen some animated wallpapers before and it'd be so cool if this could have and animate loading bar... but yeah, the 88% should be on the far right of the wall across from the loading.

    I can't Identify the black os-tan or the brown-haired os-tan...
