The title is a play of words of Haruka's name. 'Haru' means spring while 'Haruka' meant 'far off' or 'distant'. I know its not a grammitically correct if used standalone like that. I just wanted to think of an engrish title for it. And yes, thats Haruka, not Mishima. You'd figure out why I use the yellow Mishima is famous for if you watched the Raxephon movie.
I had a scan from the Rapxehpon movie CD sleeve, but didn't know what to do with it. After some experiments with the scan, I came up with a pop art theme. The pop art idea was inspired while look at Misato's pieces still in progress at Morphines-scent (a group that operates like the sandbox thread). Since this is my first pop art attempt, I gave it a really clean feel to it.
The butterflies are purely coincidental. I was thinking on what else to add and played with the free transform (a little habit I developed) and kinda liked the end results.
