cutout filter looks good on the bg but I don't like it on the chara. Maybe decrease the effect on her or totally remove it? just a thought....

It is weird. But I think it would be better if the girl doesn't look that way. The effects on her looks overkill to me.
But heck, it's a good thing if you keep on trying new stuff. A good effort.
