You know, that's a neat idea. I like the sunny background contrasting with the umbrellas. The texture that's over the characters is a nice effect, but it has a side affect of making them blurry. I'd suggest keeping them a little crisper. The color pallet is very warm and friendly and I really like the text logo you've done. Keep up the good work!
