this is another example of me just playing around with the effects lol
and by doing so i have figured out a cool little feature...hehehehe
the effects i kinda played around with are---
as you can see her hair changes color! lol
kinda played around with the "hue brush" im sure all wallers have
heard of it one way or another....
it changes the colors in some way ive yet to figure out...
but i used it to chang her in some points its purple, others its pink, hope it
looks good and i didnt massacre her hair :P
another effect was something called the "softness" with the different
settings you can play with on it, it makes the things in your selected layer
glow in a way, its really cool, but irritating cause it makes all the layers
underneath your selected much darker 
uummm another effect i played with as you can see are th two light spots in the
background
now i fully know how those work, i just never used it the way i did 
and well i guess thats all thats really important (and that i can remember)
took me awhile to get used to how this wallpaper came out, but i like it now
^_^

I love the mystical feel to her, especially one that comes from her hair almost floating around her as the glow seems to envelope her. I think her hair looks wonderful, it almost looks like shading done on purpose, sort of a shade that indicates rank or position in some guild.
The lightspots seem to be either towns on the horizion, just over the horizion, or suns just about to fully set. Excellent work again.

the girl and the effects on her are nice, background is a little simple, extraction is quite ok...
i think the green color in the bg is too bright and "plain", it looks like someone painted it and it doesn't go well with the chara... sorry, that's just my impression of it ^^

the extraction of the hair is a bit rough *bumps lazy windy head* deserved more attention *especially on the bottom of the right*^^ her robe too

Hm..... ok this is going to sound weird but I am going to say it anyway....
The
main thing I guess I don't like is the grainiess around her hair. It looks great
though despite that one part.
