sorry, I've been, like, dead lately 
. I'm current
going through a tim burton phase at the moment, and the only walls I've been
making lately are non-anime. but last night as I was on the verge of falling
asleep on my keyboard, I suddenly had inspiration to make an elfen lied wall.
probably just because I haven't made one for this lovely, lovely show yet. I
would like to make more, but due to the serious lack of existing images from
this series, I most likely won't be.
but anyway. yeah, 'dies irae' means 'lord have mercy' in latin. it was also a
song done my mozart! we sung it
for chorus last year. And because of it's english translation, AND it being in
latin like the opening theme, I figured the phrase would fit Lucy all too well.

wow, the color red, the color of blood. it matches the chara very well i guess. i love the color red, though not as much as the other colors! it's so very nice! great work with this!
Hey this is an interesting background texture.
I'm not a big fan of this kind of flashy red, but I think it works well with the anime atmosphere.
