This wallpaper features Stellar Loussier and my first wallpaper that isn't Lacus Clyne or Spiral XD Anyways, when I first saw this picture I was like "OMG she looks like she's dancing on the water!" So that's how I got my theme XD Anyways, I tried to make it look watery and bubbly ^^;; I'm new to this whole graphic technique so it looks kinda awkward, but I still like it so I hope you all do too ^^

btw, I'm not a huge fan of using lyrics or that kind of thing so don't expect any of my work to have that ^^;;
"Gently dancing through the Sea of time" just something that popped into my head and I thought it was so
graceful for stellar so I used it :P
