She is really cute and the wallpaper itself is so beautiful. An excellent background and great slight blurring effect of having her feet appear to behind the clouds. It really does create a nice image of her almost floating above the clouds, great job!

I've had your wall up on my computer for some time now and it's just grown on me more and more. :) I really like the lighting, it matches the character so well, and that little touch of back lighting so adds to the effect. The fog is a great way to hide whatever she's sitting on - it leaves it up to the imagination, I'm saying it's a mountain peak. A really pointy one at that! lol I've noticed that you blurred some of her dress/ribbons and I like how it adds to the movement, but some of the blurr lines could be faded out a tad more = a really minute thing. It's just an awesome wall overall - Major Kudos to you! :pacman:
