A cult classic!
The city skyline at dusk in the presence of rain sets an edgy, unsettling aura. One can almost hear the drone of motor cars and police sirens in the background. And in the foreground of course, this somewhat agitated looking young girl with great big eyes and a stern intensity about her glare. A very favourable piece.

hmm, I like the whole city atmosphere behind her, and the rain is well done, but the scan needs some fixing up, the quality is lacking. if you fix that, it'll be perfect ^_^
