Finally finished this wallpaper~ As much as I love the picture, it was a horrid pain to extract because of the extremely fine lines. o.o The original scan had a bright photograph of a branch of apple blossoms in the background, which I didn't think fit the image very well since the cast shadows were so dark, so I repainted the entire background by hand once again.

It has been a long time since I last painted moons and tree branches, so I am a little rusty but I still worked very hard on this for many days and tried my best. I hope it is alright and everyone is happy with this. ^^

For the scan, it could still go for some cleaning because I see some graininess there. In addition, I see that you used the Inner Glow because it shows all around the scan, but it wasn't the best way to go because it's made much more difficult to check for flaws in the edges, especially around the hair. The background seems quite blurry, especially with the tree. The other effects are quite nice. Keep up the work.

So DAMN sweet XP !!! What I really liked about this is that the background and the character match each other sooooo well ;)

I like it how it is. I think the background adds to a mysterious feel for the girl in the picture. Great job.

You did a great job on the wallpaper, but the moon somehow looks kind of blurry. On the trees, you did a wonderful job and also along with the sakura petals. Other then those, the wallpaper looks fine. ^^

I'll agree with SilentMasamune on the glow aspect: I suppose that was to give the feeling that the moonlight was brightening the edges.... if that's the case, you could have made another layer and manually add the areas you want to brighten up, so to control the intensity of the lights and shadows ;) Like... having a glow when there's a moon on the bg is nice, while having a glow on the sky (which is pretty dark) looks strange. Despite of that, the idea was very well executed. I loved the tree, by the way ^_^

    Good job.

I don't like these purple things... They looks a little... Weird... I can't explain how they looks like, but I don't like them.
The other things are very cool, I like the wall.
