this is like my halloween kira but a totally different character this is my friends character and i wanted to draw her in a halloween outfit too it turned out really good like the other one ^_^

Nice job on the overall appearance; the bell on her hat is pretty cool, too. I also like how you draw hands; very nice, and you have a good way of seeing and drawing proportion, though I think the eye to the left could be a bit closer to the face. Nice work, and thanks for sharing!
