She is very pretty, thats a nice scan...
I dont like the lines that are going across the whole thing, it makes some of the more detailed spots on her face look a little "blockish". Other than that this is great, I like the flowers on the side ^_^

Well took me time to be able to write a comment on (but not for doing a fav on XD ).
i loved Happiness. Maybe it can explain that I love this one too ^^Like the way you've done it. The soft colors are calm, nice to my eyes ^.^ Flowers totally feet with the girl. Like the signs at each coins. In other words an awesome wallpaper :D

The artwork you chose is awesome (I just love Che Shu Fen's work), and the background is a really good blend, and the colors well used, as well as the text brush (even if it's not readable). But as it has already been pointed, those diagonal lines... in my opinion they just kill an otherwise great wallpaper.
