The background and coloring are fresh. It is a very wonderful wallpaper. In my personal favor, I like only two people of
akira and hikaru more.

It's a nice wallpaper. I like how you've integrated the background. The image is from one of the character songs, right?

Yay!!! Hikaru and Akira! I like Akira, but I'm not sure who's the one beside Akira though... just don't know how to pronounce his name in Japanese. ^^ Anyway, the character scan is not in a very good quality. I think the background isn't so bad... but the text there doesn't look quite good. You can try cleaning your scan next time, and also try to improve blending your text with the background.
Overall, not a very bad job. I'm sure you can improve next time!
