Very good job! Excellent work. The wind effects are great and you did a very good job on the background. The character has been created great (though she could use some feature that lets us know she has a face lol) Great work!

this pic surely is very eye catching, id have to agree with you, if i were given the chance to have an elemetal power, i'd chose the power to use wind/air right on! ^^
