The guy in the Cacturne getup, Mandragora, if you didn't know, is Harley, one of May's rivals in the Pokemon Contest circuit. He has a Cacturne and a Banette. =) I will say, this is a cool scan though! =) It's cool to see May's Bulbasaur combo Razor Leaf and Petal Dance!
