it's not bad really. the pic could use some more work but from what you've said it seems like you've done a good job of it. Background is nice too. Keep it up.

Hi this is right now the best I can do, I know the edge of her hair are very naggy looking I tried everything (extraction, masking, lasso, magic wand, pen tool) and I gave up, the rendering is not from a scan but rather an enhanced image with glowing so made extraction much harder, I did however enhance the image quite a bit trying to smooth it out and make some hightlights.
I made the clouds --------> the horizon and the cities in the bg came from the anime..... added some bird hope they fit.
I'm still a work in progress so I appreciate your comments.
Maybe when I become better I'll redo this wallpaper and make it look better because I love this anime, just cant help with it lol
