Its another air wallpaper from me but this one is a little bit different because of the scans are chibi.i think the girl with gray hair and blue ribbon is really cute i wish i know her name. as for the bg, its a simple swirls,scanlines, normal round brush with different sizes and also a faded blue flare on the left. i really don't know the anime so i hope the theme of the bg suits the characters. and also Please add some comments on this one if you like because I want to know the flaws and good points of my wallpapers,I would really like to read your comments.
