The bg and the character picture look great.
I have some suggestions, though:
- the shadow between the character's feet and the fire below him can't exist
- the character should be a bit orange, because of all the orange light around
- I've to agree with kazuya02, two more fire-fingers horizontally to the left and right side would be nice
