Another nice wallpaper. You did good job on character extraction. Making night scene on wallpaper is not easy but you added subtle glow around the character to make her standout which I like...but others I guess find it strange.

It actually would be nice if you gave credit to the user of the vector, which in this case would be me. Since I'm here, I'll comment...the Outer Glow on the character is unnecessary. The grass should fade into the distance and it should also get darker as it goes into the distance, and that's why it probably doesn't look the best. The rest of the background looks good. Keep up the good work.
