well.. don't how about the level of my skills.. maybe i've weakened them XD
btw.. i made this wall in about 5 hour >.< i know it's someway simple.. but i tried to do my best.. ^^ (i

well, i love that scan... for some reason... the bg is nice, like the grung-ish style... nice feathers, and birds.. the tree is well done, and i love that sunset... pretty simple, but the upper right corner looks a bit empty though... otherwise, great job!

absolutely beautiful wallpaper ^_^ background looks really pretty, it's like sunrise. colours are so warm looking and sky has nice effects, gives nicely caml aura :) like the white birds flying in the sky and black feather, but the feathers could be little bigger maybe...girl has nice elegant looking dress and her red eyes are cool. overall great work and everything fits very well together :D thank you for sharing !

First of all, welcome back! Its really been a long time since your last wallpaper~ Anyways the bg looked a bit empty...But the grunge looks really good! But i also think you can do better than this! However, its good enough though for somebody who didnt touch PS for 2 months! Good job Samanosuke-san~!! ^^

Its really beaytiful, the angel seems so lonely and hurt, but at the same time pissed. So she really looks like she is going to have some revenge =P hehe. The bg is great I really loooove the feathers.
