its both great by colours and by drawing! your friend must be really good~ and your skills I don't doubt it =p
I like how you coloured different shades and make it look more realistic :Dthe eyes make her look somewhat sad though.. if that was the motive
I personally think a different colour may do betterthe background is quite beautiful~ two thumbs up from me hehe

This is a very nice piece of art! Your friend did an excelent work, I love her style, so soft and cute!
