This is from the opening theme to Dirty Pair Flash. I really love this wallpaper and I used it for a layout to the fanlisting for the opening theme. I really like how the colors turned out on it. The woman in the image is the mermaid from the opening. It took forever to get the colors looking light enough to see it.
