You matched the character & the bg (upper parts) well but what is the slanted greyish area at the bottom? Is it stairs? Doesn't seem to match the rest of the elements.

Uh... I don't think this wallieis really that good compared to yourprevious work. The background just don't go with the scan. The girl is lifting her dress trying to run into the sea right? But you made a wall of her running on the pavement... not a very good background... but the background is great, but yellow sky? Strange... So overall, don't make wallies in the morning! (Joking joking...) Tryto make a background which fits the scan. ^^

The beach version is lil better but this has its own charms as well. The trees are really nicely done and so is the grass. The path she's walking on doesn't blend into the bg too well but it doesn't look too bad. But your perspective is good and so is the lighting. Good work~

Great scan, extraction and style!!! I would have made the shift from green to grey without the dark line and the grass is huge next to those trees! I really like all of the colors you chose, the pink and the yellow especially!!!

i really like your concept and thought it was quite a kewl idea to take the chara out of the beach scene and put her in different setting! i really luv the pink sakura trees in the background, as well. and the pavement looks pretty good!!

I love this one, it is excellent! The re-do offers a beautiful background, nic changes yo u have made the idea is wonderful the yellow sky makes me think it is early evening. Nice touch!
