Here is my third vector attempt this time of the indoor Hot spirng scene featuring Lacus from GSD. Original picture was out of focus because of the quality of the image and stream so I guessed on some of the place to place her highlights and shadows. Also picked the best colors that I could get from blurring the original image and match them to their correct spots.
Fully drawn and colored(1st time) with Illustrator.
