Actually its the Strike Freedom from GS Destiny, seeing from the Super dragoon wings, the "Xiphias 3" rail cannons on the hips, and the "Callidus" multi-phase beam cannon on the torso.
but aside from that very nice use of effects to give it an old pic look.

I agree, that's not Freedom, it's Strike-Freedom, but the effects are amazing. It looks really coll and could be an old plan of Strike-Freedom. But the lines looks a little bit strange, it would be better, if the lines leads to the scan, where the part belong to.
