Now... the finale of the wallpaper.... Ta-Dah! Featuring Lacus Clyne of Gundam Seed. As usual, a simple wallpaper. Took
only 2 1/2 hours, plus the extracting.
yea, I know. the title is not good. I was only doing the background when I got the idea of putting the picture in it.I
had to redraw some parts since i extracted a bit out of order.
Credits to the scan from Minitokyo. to the fonts from 1001fonts. my photoshop as always.
I guess thats bout all. Jya ne.

Lacus looks so beautiful on there. You did a good job with extraction, but there are just some rough edges here and there, which aren't so obvious. The text was done splendidly, and I think that it fits very well with the entire wallpaper. The background is watery, anyway, and what can I say, everything in the wallpaper blends in well and is great! I'm adding this one to my favorites.

nice wall leena ^_^ but i dunno why but the extraction seems a bit rough this time..not like usually..^^; but thats ok. the background is nice but kinda empty...you should add more object by the way ^^

pretty nice, though i would have to agree with yamazaki. the extraction is a bit rough in some parts and it could use something more in the background. you say its from gundam, so how about some sort of mecha in the back covered by mist. i've never seen the series so i dont knwo what to say. sorry for the lame idea. ^_^' but you could also make it like shes laying on water, just add a couple ripples and make the background look more like water. it's still nice looking. ^^

THe extraction is rather nice... but I personally think it's a little erratic... I would add another layer and make the outline a bit more consistent with some black edging... The BG is lovely, but if you want it to look more like she's lying in the water and floating you should try adding some effects to make it seem like bits of her hair are under the water.

I agree there is some pixelation, but it's overall pretty good ^_^
The right hand side is a little empty and you could try doing a different type of water rather than this rippled effect.Try this:
Hit D on your keyboard to get black on your palette. Then Filter- Render Clouds, Filter-Difference Clouds. Hit CTL F like 6 or 7 times and then you do a motion blur set at 15 pixels and 0 degrees. Then go to one of the filters called chrome.. I think it's under Texturise... I forgot... and then you do your motion blur again ;)
If it's too realistic try the Artistic- cutout filter, otherwise have an experiment ;)Great work and nice clean wallie :D

The background of this wallie is indeed quite simple, but serene enough to keep Lacus in the wall though. That's one awesome text you have there. It looks cute! but overall, try adding some things on the background like... bubbles, feathers... something which is small.
