To answer your question mia-stellar, the girl i this shot is Nova, who incidentally is Hikaru's opposite being. Appearing only in the second season of the anime series, she is the "daughter" of the evil Lady Debonair and was incidentally "born" from Hikaru's giref and anger after killing Princess Emeraude. As a result, Nova hates everything Hikaru loves and vice versa.
