well, finally a Kenshin drawing i promised. i scaned the original . click here http://gallery.minitokyo.net/view/147186/ to see the original.
LOOK IN IN THE FULL SIZE.. its better when viewed in full size
well. i started this in August last year and i just finished it recently.
IT TOOK FOREVER TO MAKE THE OUTLINES PERFECT.
maybe because i was alsoo experimenting with new techniques. it works but takes way way to long and stress out my eye
way too much..sooo much pain.
Finally pulled the courage to shade it..lol -_-' lol..
Time: a weeks worth... 2 days for main outlines, and the rest shading.
Utilities: 0.05mm hb and 0.03mm drafting pencil. Blending stomp, tuff stuff eraser
Complaints: the Original is darker.
Well comments are welcome here. i don't take them personally, so go ahead and send your missle of comments to make
me strong. lol.. hope ya like, cuz i pulled out the big stuff for this one....spread the love..

Great, great job! The shading is excellent! As well as the many folds on Kenshin's clothing.
The hair and eyes look awesome as well.

Awesome drawing, though I see you didn't have space to do the feet and snow like in the original. Also up close, it looks like you give Kenshin a small smirk at the on his right lip not in the oringial.

*looks at it in fullsize* wow, daisukeniwa-san that is a great picture of kenshin! you are a very talented artist! so much attention to detail on the sword and i love the shading! the only thing i see is that his face seems a little too round. but that is negligible. keep up the great work! :D

Very good! ^^ I've tried drawing Kenshin before, but I didn't draw his whole body, only his head and upper chest....anyways, it's really good I wish I could draw like you o___o....^-^

Uuuuuuuuuu...How didn't I noticed this one? I like it verry verry much!The shading is great,his hair turned out great also.and you're good at details(the wood texture.If I would draw it,I don't think it would look like wood at all^_^').Well done!
