This is my second attempt at wallpapers so I'm not very good. ^^;; The first one got deleted and honestly, looking back on it, should've been since it had hardly any effort in it. This wallpaper isn't that great but I can say it's decent. ^^;; I drew everything on there but I used tutorials for the effects. I will list the sites of tutorials if that is needed. I hope you all like it. ^^ Although, I have a feeling it's going to be deleted. >.<;;; Is this what you call a "filter-whore" wallpaper? XD Because it is...mostly...filters....>.<
