okay. here's my other entry for the ua competition. [there's 36 gallery items for Tales of Phantasia, i think.] phew, made it in time. ^_______^"
i was browsing around and i found this scan here on mt [by klozzman]. it's so serene and i love the pair of doves. i've added some slight references to music, for the competition, but what took me the longest was the text. there's something wrong with the colour but i can't seem to fix it. any ideas, please? well, i hope you guys like it!

everything flows smoothly. the background matches the scan and i can see what you mean about the text but it still looks alright. just make the blue a darker hue to match the scan better and its done.

Those birds look really great, (what your wondering...why is he looking at the birds??) -lol-
Well besides the birds everything looks great, there are techniques your using in this wall blow me away, especially since I've not a darn idea how to do it all.
It all flows smoothly and the text looks really good regardless of color or not.
Anyways, this is definitely a fav.

I like how you brought out these jewel-like colors: the scan looked a little...muddy. & the text 0_0 did you put in the swirls? It's perfect for the bird theme. I see what you mean about the color problem ::thought it's small
:: Think it could be solved by lowering the opacity a bit on the
text, or by adding some more...structured(?) texture to the text, so that it
blends into the bg more.
It's really lovely and I don't see anything wrong with the text ^-^ Perhaps the contrast, but I don't know
Or maybe saturation... one or the other

Looks pretty. I like the colors you used. The girl looks cute too. I can see what you mean about the text, it's not that bad. +fav
plain and simple wall. but i really think its pretty good. the scan seems to be edited nicely with the darker areas emphasizing the lighter areas. the overall yellowish tone really works with the blue accents on her clothes and the birds.
try to sharpen the image just slightly cause it might be too grainy for me.
the font also seems a fancy for this simple wall, try to pick one with less...frills
overall its pretty good ^^
