the extraction needs work. advisible not to use the 'magic eraser tool'. cut the character out using the 'lasso tool' or 'pen tool' will give you better edges compared to the 'magic eraser tool'. obviously it will be more time consuming but it has waaay better results. remember to 'wall to the better'. the bg could use something different other than cloud filter + radial blur/motion blur. try different types of bgs such a grunge, abstract or tech if you feel that you're not ready for scenic. but honestly, from my opinion, all the genres of wallpapers are equally difficult as to be able to make/design something new and refreshing and not just repeating what has been done. gluck on your next wallpaper.
