Made it all in photoshop. Used the pen tool for the people and background etc. Can't go into exact details without physically showing you, but yeah. I made it all myself.

Wow what an amazing piece, really like the silhouette effects done here. Outstanding details and depth to the piece and how things were centered properly and colors were done properly. Well done.
