    The correct Japanese is "Sakura no Toki" or translated roughly as "Moment of Sakura". I think this was originally meant as poster to promote Dream Party company which is noted on the lower right of scan. I took a look at the web site and this company is not a software company but anime/game event organizing company. Sorry, there is no game for this particular one.
