This is Miyuki Aiba, Blade's little sister. This was taken from a video capture of an Tekkaman OVA, and edited by myself. I think she looks cute, and this is the first time that I try anything in photoshop...
I know, very simple, but is a start....

wow.. I really like your recoloring of the character, even though I think the background looks really low-quality and the text color and font doesn't fit. Still, a very good job on the color composition between the background and the chara +fav :)
