scan extraction could use a bit of work, esp around the hilt of the sword.
the sky is nice but i think there are way too many stars and there is not enough variation in the brightnesses.
the clouds are done well
the grass nees more layering and the use of one solid colour rather than using different foreground and background colors.
overall i like the color theme and the concept.

I truly beieve this is the best wallapaper you've made to date. Of course, all the other ones you made we're all great, but this one is awsome. I love the darkness that surronds it. The colors you've chose makes the entire wall look like an old photograph. And of course, your moon and sky are awsome as always.

I think the color is too dark but the wallie is still nice. I like Rukia pic, she is very cute. The name is kinda weird but is up to you...

I think the concept here is pretty good, the color theme and all..
Few comments, I think you could work on the extraction a bit, it is not really well done for the sword part..
Secondly, you should try to vary the color of the sky so that it wouldnt look monotonous (on the top part especially), and the bottom sky shouldnt have red patches..
There are too many stars, I think, and the stars shouldnt overwhelm the clouds ( which are well done IMO ^^ good job!!) cos basically the clouds should be nearer to this side rather than the stars ..
And I think the brighter stars should be near the top part, uh, this is just personal opinion.. Other thing that I want to point out is the moon, maybe you could put more texture to it ^^ and you should try fixing the grasses, in some part it looks as if they grow on top of another.. kinda messy, though not obvious cos it is dark colored...
Anyway, I think you did quite a good job here, and you have improved a lot well done on that, I think this wall deserved 8.0/10 due to the great concept and proportion.. keep up the good work ^_^
