I wanted to draw a picture of Neosho looking cute, it's not really chibi, more like just younger, but oh well!!
looks good to me! i had some trouble with the feet though, sorry.
i accidently colored him in the wrong shade of blue, cause i'm an idiot and i was coloring in the darkness of my
grandma's living room (good job Bernouli) but i guess i could just say "hey, he's just younger, his fur
hasn't gotten it's full color yet" no one will suspect me at all!! AHAHAHA (coughs) okay anyway, i hope
you like it1 ^^
