This is a wallpaper I spent some hours on, for the most part not quite getting
at what I was trying, but I learned while I was working on it. I succeeded best
at the colors. Yes, it's been a long break since my last wallpaper.

'Hyatt's Ghost', the drawing of Hyatt is from the manga. The red flowers were
inspired by 'Mermaid's Forest'. If Hyatt ever died.. lastingly.. she'd be
certain to stick around like this, one way or another. Perhaps the reason for
Hyatt's revivals has something to do with the Mermaid's Forest story? It would
explain everything.

If the contrast looks a little too off, adjust it, my monitor's settings are
high contrast, low brightness to go easy on my eyes.

I love your bg. It's a simple but shows a nice reflection of nature and the concept of death. The silhoueted bg represent of the time of day and from what perspective we're looking from. The clouds look nice and fluffy, but I don't quite understand why they are bunch in a line like that. Maybe create more cloud cover near the horizon a bit. The flowers feel pasted on and contrasts with the all black landscape. Other than that, this is really pretty and has great thought behind it. Really nice work~
Oshh long time since your last wallpaper. I do like how you worked the background; silhouettes of the vegetation look rather attractive - a nice disparity with the perfectly blue sky. It is quite a striking scene, but I'm not quite sure how the chara fits in. @__@ Anyhow, like it rknight. Looks like a heap of effort. <33
