I personally thank Kev for the scan he posted on Minitokyo...So this is Yume Kukichi from Somedays dreamers, a New show that i discovered and out in dvd since January...The story is about witches going is some academy but dont know how the story goes...Ok i extracted the image and made the whole bg, incorporated from the original scan...Ummmmm lots of smudging and imagination for this pick so dont get me wrong if your landscaping ability is highly pitched!
So this is just a simple wall...

So yeah 47 layers and 6 hours of work!
