I was just listening through old OSTs on my computer, when I stumbled on the one for Kujibiki Unbalance. I also noticed they included few scans of the Chairman too :) So...I started making a wallie of it. It came out pretty girly in my mind... (I'm a boy btw :D) but thought it would be worth submitting.

Not very bad. At first I thought the background colors are a little unfitting, but I guess the wallie grew on me! Must be the Chairman. :)
